Mud Crate is a nature inspired kids activity kit, filled with 8-10 activities and crafts, plus the supplies you will need to complete them. Themes change every month, and once we run out of stock for a theme, it will not be available any more.

Terms and Conditions
Warning: Choking Hazard—Small parts not for children less than three (3) years of age. You acknowledge that the Mud Crate is not designed, manufactured, or intended for use by children under the age of three (3) years and may contain small parts. In addition to small parts that are choking hazards, Mud Crates may also include the following materials (or other materials that are not included in this list): pipe cleaners, sequins, rhinestones, glitter, glue, pom-poms, ribbon/string, paper (variety), stickers, beads, seeds, paint (variety of types), modeling clay, ingredients for kinetic sand, ingredients for salt dough, ornaments, chalk, markers, crayons, and watercolor paints. If the materials contained in a Mud Crate contain items that may pose a hazard to your child who is three years old or greater and safety regulations require the Company to provide cautionary statements concerning the use of such items, applicable warning labels for such items will be included in the Mud Crate. You understand and agree that you must read all included warnings and cautionary statements and take necessary precautions to protect your child. In addition to all other limitations and disclaimers in these Terms, the Company will not be liable to you, your child, or any third party in whole or in part for any claims, liability, damages, loss, or costs arising from the materials contained in any Mud Crate.

Your order is deemed complete when your purchase has been dispatched.
Shipping

We aim to send orders out within 2 working days of receiving them. During especially busy times, such as the beginning or end of a month, or just before school holidays, it may take a day or two longer. Please be patient, we are a very small business and work as quickly as possible.
Once they have been collected by the courier, shipping takes between 2 and 5 working days. We ship from Cape Town.

Returns Policy
Shipping and handling are included with your order. If you believe all or part of your Mud Crate is missing or damaged, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt. The Company will, at its sole and absolute discretion, either replace the missing or damaged parts of the Mud Crate or send you a whole new Mud Crate.
No Refunds. Due to the intellectual property inside your Mud Crate, we will not offer any refunds. We will however, replace any missing or faulty elements as per our return policy above.
